As an experienced Early Years Consultant I have worked with schools in many different circumstances. This support has helped schools & nurseries to provide high quality EYFS provision and to achieve a judgement of Good or Outstanding.
All support sessions are tailored to suit each schools/settings individual needs.

Quality Assurance Visits/Mock Ofsted

Would you like a review of what is working well and advice on identifying areas for development?

An Ofsted Inspection can be quite a daunting experience. A Mock Ofsted helps to prepare your setting and staff and enables us to complete a quality assurance review of your setting together.

This can include:

Learning walk of the setting

Discussions with Manager and staff

Discussion with Safeguarding Lead

Joint observations of staff working with children

Discussions with children and parents

Review of children’s tracking and progress records

Any other areas identified by the Setting

This review will highlight any areas for development. Support, next steps and guidance will be part of the review.

Settings report back that they find the quality assurance review to be a positive experience and is a useful way to further develop their practice.

I have worked with a range of Practitioners and provided Early Years consultancy to many different schools and settings.

Early Years consultancy, training and support can be provided for individuals or small and large groups. This is followed up with visits and training action plans. The aim of all support is to ensure that children have play, passion and purpose in their learning
